|
manapragada writes "Hyderabad, Jan. 23: A division bench of AP High Court directed the director of archeology to undertake reconstruction of the damaged portions of the heritage constructions at Gandhi Medical College and to submit a report to the Heritage Conservative Committee within one month. The bench permitted the developers of the site to go ahead with the construction activity by leaving the required space as per law. The bench was dealing with a petition filed by D.T. Vinod Kumar, an architect complaining the inaction of the State government in protecting the heritage monuments-
and allowing the developers to demolish the structures contrary to G.O. No. 102. The bench directed to place the compliance report before the court by June 7, 2007.
CONGRATULATIONS TO Ar.D.T.VINOD KUMAR"
